Visit counts. This site uses two analytics services. Cloudflare Web Analytics keeps an anonymous, cookieless tally of page views, pages visited, visitor country and device type. Google Analytics records similar information about how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, time on page and how you arrived; it sets cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits and is governed by Google's privacy policy. We use both only to understand how the site is used. Cloudflare also keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
The benchmark. The package sizes, weights and items per order you enter are calculated inside your own browser. They are not sent to us or anyone else, and we cannot see them.
No accounts or forms. This site has no sign-up and no contact form. The only cookies are the Google Analytics cookies described above; you can block them with a browser setting or an ad blocker, and the site works the same without them.
Booking a call. The Schedule a call buttons open Calendly in a new tab. Calendly collects your name, email address and your answers to a few short questions under Calendly's privacy policy and shares them with us so we can hold the call. We use that information only to run the consultation and any introductions you ask us to make.
Email. Mail to info@3plhelp.com is received in Microsoft 365. We keep correspondence for as long as we are working with you and do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask.
Introductions. If you ask us to introduce you to fulfillment providers, we share only what is needed to prepare the introduction, typically your company name, what you sell, and the volumes and package profile you have discussed with us. We do not sell or rent your information.
Third-party services. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics; Google provides Google Analytics. Google Fonts and cdnjs supply the typefaces and the map library; your browser requests those files directly, so those services see your IP address in the normal course of serving them. Calendly handles scheduling and Microsoft 365 handles email.
Your choices. You can use the benchmark and read everything here without giving us any information. If you have booked a call or emailed us and want what we hold deleted, write to info@3plhelp.com and we will remove it.
